Introduction-Greetings

In russian , the greetings can be either formal or informal.

Formal greeting : are those which we use to greet people who we don't know, our boss or a colleague , shop keepers etc...

Hello                         - здравствуйте!            
How are you?           - как вы поживаете?
Bye!                         - пока!

Informal greetings:

Hi                             - привет!
how are you?            -как дела? / как поживаешь?
Goodbye                   - до свидания!

response to "How are you?"

I'm good, thanks        - хорошо , спасибо
Not bad                     -не плохо

доброе утро      - Good morning
добрый день    - Goodday / good afternoon
добрый вечер  - Good evening
